The  silicone mold for sandbags from Green Stuff World is designed to create highly detailed military sandbags in 1:48–1:35 scale, ideal for models, dioramas, and miniature games. Thanks to its realistic proportions, it allows you to reproduce parapets, defensive positions, and improvised fortifications that fit perfectly into war, historical, and dark fantasy scenarios. This mold is especially useful for recreating trench lines, fortified areas, and tactical cover, providing a professional level of detail for both modelers and wargamers.

This product has been designed to be fully compatible with the game Trench Crusade, a wargame and narrative universe that blends dark horror, grimdark fantasy, and the warlike aesthetics of World War I. In this type of setting, where deep trenches, fortified positions, artillery-devastated areas, and improvised parapets abound, sandbags are a fundamental element. With them, you can recreate machine gun nests, reinforced barricades, protective walls, and cover points that fit perfectly with the industrial, baroque, and militarized atmosphere of the game.

In addition, these trench molds are equally compatible with futuristic or sci-fi games where sandbag parapets still make visual and tactical sense. In Warhammer 40,000, for example, this compatibility allows them to be used to represent improvised imperial defenses, Astra Militarum fortifications, advanced firing positions, or cover zones in war-torn worlds. In Star Wars Legion, they work very well as part of rebel bases, improvised Republic camps, urban resistance zones, or barricades on battlefields set in desert, frozen, or jungle worlds.

Made from high-quality flexible silicone, easy to use and capable of reproducing sharp details, these molds are heat-resistant (up to 240°C) and extremely durable. Their design offers highly detailed results, with clean textures and defined reliefs in both the overall volume and the wrinkles and seams typical of real sandbags. Each mold has a usable surface area of 6 × 12 cm, enough to produce multiple pieces in a single pour.

The molds work perfectly with all types of resins, although we especially recommend the use of acrylic resin. It is important to allow the material to cure completely before removing the pieces from the mold. Other materials such as Milliput, Milliput mixed with plasticine, Magic Sculpt, or other epoxy putties can also be used, although they are somewhat more difficult to work with. For optimal results, we recommend using  flexible steel scrapers  to remove excess putty or clay without damaging the mold surface.
